Your Dashboard is fully customizable.
You can add widgets that surface the information you care about most and arrange them in a way that fits how you work.
Here’s how to set it up.
Add Widgets
To add a widget:
- Click Add + on your Dashboard.
- A widget drawer will slide out.
- Browse the available widgets.
- Select the one you want to add.
The widget will appear on your Dashboard.
Most tools in Dual Dash offer widget versions, allowing important information to appear directly in your workspace.
Choose a Widget Size
Some widgets come in multiple sizes.
When adding the widget, you can choose the size that fits your layout best.
Different sizes allow you to decide how much space a widget should take on your Dashboard.
You can mix and match sizes to create a layout that works for you.
Move Widgets
You can rearrange widgets anytime.
To move a widget:
- Locate the six dots in the corner of the widget.
- Click and hold the dots.
- Drag the widget to a new position.
This allows you to organize your Dashboard in whatever way makes the most sense for your workflow.
Remove Widgets
If you no longer want a widget on your Dashboard, you can remove it.
To remove a widget:
- Click Delete on the widget.
- The widget will be removed from your Dashboard.
You can always add it back later from the widget drawer.
Taking action directly from widgets
The Dashboard is not just for viewing information.
It is built for action.
Most primary widgets include an Add button, allowing you to use the tool without leaving the Dashboard.
For example:
- Create a 1:1 meeting directly from the Dashboard
- Add Goals or Tasks without opening Work Plans
- Send a STAR to recognize someone instantly
This saves time and keeps your workflow simple.
Common widgets
Some of the most commonly used widgets include:
- Goals & Tasks to track your work
- 1:1s to manage meetings
- Stars to send recognition
- Calendar to view upcoming events
You can add, remove, and rearrange these at any time.
Customize Your Workspace
There’s no perfect Dashboard layout.
Some people prioritize meetings and tasks.
Others want quick visibility into recognition, goals, or wellness tools.
The goal is simple:
Build a Dashboard that helps you stay focused on what matters most.
