Growth Plans, Employee Detail Updates, and Survey Sentiment Sorting

What’s New

Growth Plans

Growth Plans allow organizations to connect employee development directly to performance.

Each plan aligns individuals to:

  • KPIs (results)
  • Performance Drivers (behaviors)
  • Technical Skills (capabilities)

This ensures development is not separate from performance, but part of the same system.

Growth Plans are designed to be reinforced through 1:1s, creating ongoing coaching and accountability.

Employee Detail Page Updates

Employee Detail pages now reflect the full success driver framework:

  • KPIs
  • Performance Drivers
  • Technical Skills

This gives managers and employees a complete view of:

  • What results are expected
  • How work is being done
  • What skills are being developed

All in one place.

Survey Question Sorting by Sentiment

Survey questions can now be sorted by sentiment score (1–5).

Dual Dash calculates sentiment using a -2 to +2 Likert model:

  • Strongly Disagree = -2
  • Disagree = -1
  • Neutral = 0
  • Agree = +1
  • Strongly Agree = +2

This allows leaders to measure true sentiment rather than relying on simple averages.

Why this matters:

Traditional 1–5 scoring can mask real issues.
Sentiment scoring highlights where feedback is trending positive or negative — making it easier to prioritize action.

Why This Matters

This release strengthens the connection between:

  • Performance (KPIs)
  • Behavior (Performance Drivers)
  • Development (Growth Plans)
  • Feedback (Surveys)

Everything flows back into 1:1 coaching.

That’s the system of action.

Dual Dash Surveys Built for action. Not reports.

This week at Dual Dash, we rolled out one of our biggest releases yet.

Surveys.

And I know what you're thinking… surveys?

Fair.

The problem was never asking questions. It’s that the answers rarely go anywhere. They generate reports. Reports generate meetings. Meetings generate nothing.

We built Dual Dash surveys around one standard: does this improve performance?

So instead of reports that sit there, results flow directly into 1:1 coaching. Instead of company-wide averages that hide the real story, you can filter insights by performance level. Because the best Dealer Principals we talk to aren’t just asking, “How does my team feel?”

They’re asking, “What’s slowing my best people down — and what are we going to do about it?”

Now you can see both.

In Dual Dash, surveys aren’t an HR side tool. They’re part of your system of action.

We also shipped:

  • Private Goals (a direct customer request)
  • Auto-Archiving for Goals to keep Work Plans clean and focused

This release has been months in the making.

Every release is about raising the bar on our system of action so your team can win.

Calendar links, Work Plan filters, and Dual Dash University built to help leaders coach better and teams stay aligned.

This week at Dual Dash, we shipped a few updates that move us closer to what we care about most: helping leaders coach better and teams stay aligned.

  • Clickable links in Calendar so you can jump straight into due dates, 1:1s, and work anniversaries and take action immediately.
  • Work Plans now support filtering by tags, teams, status, and approaching due dates.
  • Dual Dash University is live. A self-guided learning hub with guides, walkthroughs, and FAQs so teams can learn at their own pace.

We also teased a major release last week. It’s taking a bit longer than planned but it lands next week. Months in the making.

Every release is about raising the bar on our system of action so your team can win.

Kanban View for Work Plans

This week in Dual Dash, we shipped updates that make planning clearer and our dashboard more intuitive.

  • Kanban view for Work Plans is live. You can now drag and drop projects between stages. Status updates automatically, and collaborators are notified in real time.
  • Dashboard refinements. We resized widgets for a more uniform layout and improved drag and drop so cards now appear above the dashboard instead of beneath it.
  • Training experience update. We removed the Welcome Video series in preparation for Dual Dash University, our upcoming help center for product training, onboarding and support.

And one more thing...

A big release is coming next week. Our Engineers have been working hard for months on it. Stay tuned.
