Dual Dash helps you stay clear on what’s expected and how you’re performing.
You don’t need to use every feature at once.
Focus on a few key areas, and everything else will build over time.
Start With Your Dashboard
Your Dashboard is your home base.
It’s private to you and can be customized to show what matters most.
Use it to keep track of:
- Upcoming meetings
- Goals and tasks
- Action items
- Recognition
- Important dates
Build your Dashboard in a way that helps you stay organized.
Know Your Scorecard
Your Scorecard shows how performance is measured.
Take time to understand:
- Your KPIs
- What “good” looks like (benchmarks)
- How your results are trending
You don’t need to check it constantly.
But you should know where you stand.
Show Up Prepared for 1:1s
Your 1:1 meetings are where alignment happens.
Before each meeting:
- Review your goals and action items
- Add agenda items if you have updates, questions, or roadblocks
If everything is on track, you can select Nothing to Add.
The goal isn’t to fill time.
It’s to stay aligned.
Keep Your Work Plans Updated
Work Plans organize your goals and tasks.
Use them to:
- Track what you’re working on
- Update progress
- Stay clear on priorities
You can also create private goals for personal development.
Participate in Surveys
Surveys give you a way to share feedback.
When taking a survey:
- Answer honestly
- Add comments if context matters
Your feedback helps improve how the organization operates.
Recognize Others
Use STARS to recognize great work.
Recognition can go in any direction:
- Peer to peer
- Employee to manager
- Across teams
If you see something worth calling out, don’t wait.
Share Ideas
If something could be improved, submit an Idea.
Ideas allow you to:
- Suggest changes
- Share feedback
- Contribute to how work gets better
You don’t need to have the perfect solution.
Just start the conversation.
Focus on What Matters
You don’t need to do everything every day.
Focus on:
- Your Scorecard (how you’re performing)
- Your 1:1s (how you stay aligned)
- Your Work Plans (what you’re working on)
Everything else supports those three.
