Company Information

Vision

Your Vision appears on every user’s Dashboard.

This is your organization’s north star — a simple statement that reinforces why the work matters.

Keep it:

  • Clear
  • Short
  • Easy to understand

Time Zone

The Time Zone controls how time-based features behave across the platform.

This includes:

  • Survey delivery timing
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Scorecard date ranges
  • Work Plan due dates

Set this based on your primary operating location.

Users in different time zones can adjust their own settings in My Account, but this defines the system default.

Communication Tools

Select the communication frameworks your organization uses.

Supported tools include:

  • DiSC
  • Platinum Rule
  • StrengthsFinder
  • Myers-Briggs
  • Color Code
  • Management by Strengths
  • Enneagram
  • Intercultural Conflict Styles

You can select multiple tools.

These appear in:

Your Company Values are used in Recognition.

When sending STARS, users can tag the values demonstrated.

This helps reinforce:

Choose values that reflect how you want your team to show up every day.
