Calendar Integration (1:1 Meetings)

Dual Dash supports Outlook calendar syncing for 1:1 meetings.

Once connected:

  • 1:1s appear on calendars automatically
  • Updates flow both ways
  • Missed or rescheduled meetings are tracked
  • Managers gain visibility into coaching consistency

This keeps meetings real — not just scheduled.

HRIS Integration (Employee Data)

Depending on your HRIS provider, we can integrate directly to pull:

  • Employee names
  • Roles
  • Managers
  • Departments
  • Status (active/inactive)
  • Start dates
  • Demographic fields

Important note on data completeness

Dual Dash collects more data than standard EEO fields.

That means:

Some identity or profile fields may not exist in your HRIS.

When that happens, you can manually complete those fields inside Dual Dash.

This allows:

  • Better segmentation
  • More meaningful survey insights
  • Stronger coaching context

We believe better data leads to better leadership.

Scorecard Integrations (Performance Data)

Dual Dash integrates with operational systems to power Scorecards, including:

  • CRM
  • DMS
  • Other performance platforms

This allows KPIs to flow directly into Dual Dash so managers can coach off real numbers — not spreadsheets.

If direct integration isn’t available

In some cases, your scorecard data may not be accessible via API.

When that happens, we can support:

  • Secure SFTP delivery
  • CSV uploads on a scheduled basis

This ensures your scorecards still stay current, even without a native integration.
